Established in 1986 as importation company of scientific instruments, BPC BioSed in 1991 designs, builds and launches on the market its own first automatic analyzer conceived for the medium size laboratory; the ELECTA 216. During the following years, BPC designs and produces several automatic analyzer of innovative concept, amongst them the PRONTO Evolution, the first Random automatic analyzer based on flow cell technology; the KUADRO, a small size compact batch automatic analyzer which is particularly versatile. In the year 2000 is started a new research and development program which is carried out in 2002 with the advent of GLOBAL 300/600 with ISE, a powerful direct reading automatic analyzer, and in 2005 of the GLOBAL 600, which is provided with ISE system.
